The Re:Membering PROJECT
For the ones who are in the middle of something hard and trying to find their way through.
Grief doesn't follow a schedule. Neither does rebuilding. There's no tidy arc from loss to recovery, just the slow, nonlinear work of figuring out who you are on the other side of something that changed you.
The re:Membering Project is a podcast for people in that middle space. Not the crisis, and not yet the other side, but the long, quiet stretch in between, where most of the real work happens.
Each episode is a conversation with that process through story, reflection, and the kinds of questions that don't have clean answers. Sometimes we look at myth and archetype to find language for what we're living through. Sometimes we just sit with what's hard and try to see it clearly.
The thread running through all of it: you are not broken. You are mid-story.
Remembering yourself isn't a return to who you were.
It's a gathering of who you're becoming.
This might be for you if…
You've been through something that changed you and you're still figuring out what that means
You're grieving — a person, a relationship, a version of yourself, a life you thought you'd have
You're rebuilding quietly, without a roadmap, and you'd like some company
You find that story helps you make sense of things that are otherwise too large to look at directly
You're done with the language of fixing and healing and you're looking for something more honest
